Our recently opened WEST WING Condo is a fully private, self-contained guest condo, partially connected to our Main House. While it exhibits the flair of a fine B&B, the WEST WING is far beyond that. It is an 1800 square foot, two-story condo, with two king bedroom suites, a large kitchen/living room, and a billiard/game room. It is visually private from the Main House, and sound separated by two exterior walls and double exterior doors.
The WEST WING Condo has a private front porch, rear patio, and corner-wrapped deck – all with tables and comfortable chairs and swings. It has an independent heating/AC system, a separate DirecTV satellite system, its own driveway and parking area, and 3 private entrances.
BEST OF ALL are the breathtaking, panoramic views from the WEST WING!
Our ridge is a perfect place to watch dramatic and beautiful weather changes and cloud formations. And at night, it’s a star gazer’s dream! There are flowering trees, beautiful landscaping, and seasonal vegetable gardens. We have outdoor swings and hammocks, a stone fire pit, horseshoes, nearby cascading streams, and even a short but adventurous climb to our private cave.

The WEST WING Condo at Kilkelly’s is located 1/4 mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway at Bamboo Gap (Mile Posts 285-286) between Boone and Blowing Rock. Our ridge elevation on Jake’s Mountain is 3,310’. We are only minutes away from excellent restaurants, unique shopping, and a host of area attractions and outdoor activities. Yet our property is private and peaceful. There are no nearby highways or highway noise, and no city lights to interfere with brilliant stars at night. And we enjoy an added bonus from nature: WE’VE NEVER HAD ANY MOSQUITOES!
